Right-Justified Text

Is it possible to write right-
justified text without the use
of any special formatting from
a computer program? Apparently
so, but the real difficulty is
in trying to get a computer to
be able to take raw text input
and to produce right-justified
versions of them using changes
that can roughly keep what the
text means by using synonymous
words without adding spaces...
