Bathroom Woes

I'm sure the experience is common to everyone: you walk into a bathroom stall only to discover that the toilet bowl is full of a mess of diarrhea and urine. You turn around quickly in disgust. First of all, I'd like to know who are these people who refuse to flush their waste down the toilet, leaving it for all to see. And secondly, a scary thought occurred to me today: I don't think I've ever seen toilet paper in the toilet bowl along with everything else! So not only do we have people walking around who have very loose stool and are extremely inconsiderate to the rest of us, they also probably have very stinky bums. That's a scary thought, and I hope I never run into one of these people in person.
